Our Quick Start service is acost-effective, low-risk way to tryour program. One of our Business Coaches, certified in the Operations Mapping method will design a sample business system for you.
How it works:
First, we work with management to define a specific goal or problem that you want to solve.
For example, if it is taking too long to get new hires trained, your goal might be reducing “time-to-competency” by 25%. Or it might be to decrease errors by 10%, increase efficiency or reduce turn around time, or to transfer knowledge from a key employee who is about to retire, etc.
One of our Business Coaches will review any materials you might have and interview your subject expert(s) in one or more phone sessions. We will then map out the framework for your custom business system.
What you get:
• A website of your system • A high-level process mapped to 1-2 procedures, • 1-2 detailed tasks • 1 related policy
We will send you the completed information as a fully-indexed website as well as a PDF manual of the system.
