Troubleshooting Tips to Help You Log in to Zavanta     

Having trouble logging into your employer’s Zavanta portal? 

 

I can’t find the URL for my Zavanta Portal

The correct username/password combination does not work 

If you believe you've entered the correct username/password and Zavanta still gives you a login error, follow these steps to troubleshoot this.   

1. Be sure your web browser has cookies enabled for your Zavanta domain. If all cookies are blocked, you won't be able to log in.  Set your web browser setting to "Allow all cookies". chrome://settings/cookies 

2. Ensure your web browser isn't using a saved password that's expired. Turn off the "Offer to save passwords" option at chrome://settings/passwords. If you use a dedicated password manager (ex. Lastpass), ensure that a bad password isn't applied into the field.   

3. Leverage the eyeball next to the password field.  This allows you to quickly confirm if your password is correct.  Simply click the eyeball icon to double-check your password for accuracy, once confirmed, click Login.  

4. If your username/password combo isn’t working, your keyboard could be entering digits that you aren't typing, causing the error. The "Num Lock" key on your keyboard could be DISABLED, causing digits to not be entered into the password. 

5. WHITE-LIST your Zavanta domain in your computer's local antivirus software. Some antivirus software are known to cause such issues.
