With a rich background in improving business performance through the use of scalable, effective systems, Lewis is poised to carry the Comprose vision forward into a new era of growth and client success.  

Founded in 1987, Comprose has established itself as a trusted partner for enterprises seeking to achieve operational excellence through optimized P&P/SOP communication systems. Lewis's appointment as President marks a significant milestone in the company's evolution as it continues to expand its services and drive tangible business improvements for its clients. 

Lewis' journey at Comprose began in 2001 when he joined as senior developer working on the desktop version of Zavanta. Lewis left in 2005 to expand his skills with well-known brands like Costco and Starbucks. In 2014, he rejoined the company in a leadership capacity to drive the transformation to a cloud-based SaaS system.  

Lewis’ deep understanding of structured content, process automation, and information security has been instrumental in Comprose's growth and success. As Senior Vice President of Technology, Lewis has collaborated closely with all teams at Comprose, focusing on improving and streamlining processes to ensure comprehensive implementation and training, improved performance, compliance, reduced risk, and enhanced outcomes for clients. 

In his new role as President, Lewis will leverage his expertise to coach and empower Comprose's leadership team, fostering a culture of high performance throughout the organization. By harnessing the strengths and expertise of every team member, Lewis aims to deliver exceptional value to clients by collaborating with them to develop a scalable P&P content strategy.  

Comprose's cloud-based software, Zavanta, will continue to serve as the vehicle for clients to create, review, track, and distribute quality operations content. The software enables clients to effectively manage content throughout the entire lifecycle and makes it easily accessible as valuable business assets.
